Bonus 03: Visualize Your Year
In today's bonus episode, I'm sharing with you a small part of a class I teach, Storytellers In Action.
In this class, we help womxn creators get a footing in the travel media space. But this class is about so much more than that. It's about dreaming big, working through our fears, and taking action.
You've probably heard me speak about visualization before and that's because I know how powerful this practice can be. When I quit my job, for the first six months, I had very little direction. I was new in the travel media industry and had no idea what step I should take next. This is where visualization becomes crucial for me.
By imagining what your dreams could look like in great detail, you give yourself direction and clarity around what your next steps should be on your road toward your vision.
