Yulia Denisyuk is an award-winning travel journalist who turned to a media career after working as a US Navy Sailor and a Fortune 500 brand manager. Yulia's work appears in The New York Times, National Geographic Traveller, TIME, Conde Nast Traveler, BBC Travel, Vogue, Lonely Planet, and more. For past assignments, she’s shared a roof with nomads in Mongolia and traced the origins of Iznik tiles with artisans in Turkey. Yulia is the founder of NOMⴷD + JULES, a small-group travel company and Travel Media Lab, a platform for and about travel media. Yulia frequently speaks at conferences and events and teaches workshops around the world.
