Today I’m speaking to my dear friend and a brave human, Vibha Chokhani

In this episode, I speak to Vibha Chokhani, a transformation coach with an incredible life story and a special gift of knowing how to honor what her soul is trying to tell her.

Growing up in Mumbai with her extended family, Vibha was destined to live a traditional lifestyle. Womxn in her life were married young and spent their days as homemakers, yet this path never felt right to her.

First womxn in her family to get divorced, to get a master degree, and to live in a foreign country, Vibha has learned how to step bravely into the unknown and in this episode, she traces her journey of transformation and acting in spite of fear on a path that took her from India to the United States and back.

Married at 22, Vibha was told that she can only dream and follow her aspirations up to a certain point. At 25, Vibha hit rock bottom and was completely out of touch with who she was and what she wanted out of life. This experience has kickstarted her quest of revealing her worth and understanding her purpose. And in this episode, she shares so many beautiful wisdoms with us: from asking the right questions to understanding where worth comes from and learning how to hear what our souls are trying to tell us.

Today, Vibha is a leadership and transformation coach based in Mumbai India where she is supporting leaders worldwide to build capacity of “skillful human presence” in themselves in order to build capacity for their teams and organizations.

"I have enough, I do enough, I know enough, I am enough. And I am enough because I am breathing, because I am alive. We’re worthy just because we are–because we’re breathing and because we’re alive."
