05: Leaning Into Your Gifts with Feriel Temmar

Today I’m speaking to my dear friend and a fellow traveler, Feriel Temmar

Today's episode is all about following your curiosities and leaning into your gifts. Feriel Temmar is a dear friend who's inspired me from the minute we met in Jordan in 2019. She's truly a citizen of the world. Feriel was born in Algeria, grew up in London, West Africa, and New York, and worked in Canada before leaving it all behind and starting over in France. After majoring in economics and working as a data analyst, Feriel chose to pursue an alternate path in life by becoming a language coach.

In this conversation, she reminds us how important it is to embrace who you are without guilt and give yourself permission to breathe when going through a big change. I'm so excited to welcome Feriel on our show today, and I hope you enjoy this episode!

“Relax. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself… Do not let the stress build when you work for yourself. The more pressure you put on yourself, the less productive you are.”
